Ratings and reviews

3.5 stars. Screw ups happen fairly regularly, long delays, orders not arriving, or orders missing items. If you're lucky they'll give a few bucks to make up for the inconvenience, but it's never very much. Need to improve systems so there's less problems. if there is a problem, need to notify faster, rather than after customer has been waiting for an hour for their food, and need to compensate properly for inconveniences.

App is very user friendly. The customer service is excellent at least for what I have used it for. The only issue I have right now is I had to contact them to change my email which was easy enough, but when they changed it they some how erased my payment info, and now I can't add my card again for whatever reason. Makes ordering complicated. Other then that top notch!

Customer service sucks. I've been using Skip for years. On the occasion, I'll get poorly packed items, missing items, or incorrect items. It's happened so frequently that I often find myself requesting refunds. It's gotten to the point that I don't receive refunds even when providing proof. Upon asking what else could be done, they refuse to compensate for their poor service. Only excuse was a copy and paste and refused to answer any detailed questions. Was good until it wasn't my fault.

What's new

1. We are changing the way you collect Points by making saving on delivery even simpler, and more exciting. We got rid of the old point-per-dollar system for something better. New made-for-you offers deliver more opportunities to rack up Points (up to 10,000+ every month).

2. We’ve added a feature for partners to provide discounts directly to customers. To see these new discounts, look for the promotion tag on their menu.
