Your favorite neighborhood Applebee’s is now available right at your fingertips! This new app offers guests personalized ordering experiences and higher levels of customization. Guests will be able to seamlessly interact with our menu and enjoy their meals via Carside To Go, Delivery, and/or in-restaurant pickup. Key features of this new app include:
○ Personalized ordering: Guests will be able to create and save their favorite orders, as well as receive personalized recommendations based on their previous order history and saved preferences.
○ Higher levels of customization: Guests will be able to customize their orders to their liking, with more options than ever before!
○ Seamless integration with Applebee’s Carside To Go and Delivery: Guests will be able to place their orders through this app and enjoy the convenience of pickup with Carside To Go, or have their order delivered to their door.

Ratings and reviews

Trying to use any of the pay options isn't possible. When trying to use google pay, it mysteriously doesn't work. When entering card info it leaves to a new screen. After you're done entering your info, it wipes out your entire order and the page buttons are numbers and symbols. They also took away the pay at restaurant button. Had to literally go to the website itself to get my order put in.

Privacy and Battery Nightmare - this app grabs your GPS location and keeps it in the background until you double-kill the app. Just closing it out of the open apps doesn't stop it, you also have to go into background running apps and kill it there too. This is not just a battery killer (20% in 1 hour), it is a massive invasion of privacy.

Whenever I try to use the app to order online from my local Applebee's it doesn't open up any sort of menu & doesn't offer carside, pickup or delivery options! If I put in for an Applebee's location 20 miles away it shows the menu & will allow me to order, but I don't want to have to drive 20 miles to pick up an order in the next state when we have an Applebee's located 2 miles from my house! It's not worth having this app if it won't let me order anything locally! Useless app. Uninstalling.
