By riding for Rapido, you can earn up to ₹25,000 per month just by picking up and dropping off customers on your bike or auto.

Rapido Captain- Bike Taxi | Auto App collects location data even when the app is closed or not in use (only when you have enabled the icon "On-Duty" on the App) to
(i) Enable you to receive orders which are close to your location (ii) Let the customers track the distance for their pick up
(iii) Know the exact location of the Captain (Driver) during the ride for the safety of the customer.

Upload the necessary documents.
Once the account is activated, start getting orders from nearby customers.
Accept and complete the ride.

(ii)Start - After arriving at the pickup location, start the ride (iii)End - End the ride after reaching the destination

After completing a ride get the distance and earnings calculated on the App. Rate the customer with the customer rating option.

Ratings and reviews

Very bad experience. Like these are basic stuff to display to proper distance both pickup and drop. Firstly majority of the time the pickup location distance is less compared to maps. And it doesn't show the drop location distance. We get 10secs to accept, and we don't even have time to go to Google maps and check the drop location distance. Doesn't display the price as well. Like we should know the drop distance because based on that we calculate if we can get any rides back from there.

App Has a lot of bugs and technical glitches, there's an option to contact captain support, but they never understand technical problem and would ask me to continue driving, you have to agree with them at any point, unless you can argue with them for months. Atleast there should be an option to contact someone who is aware about all the features on the app. They never forget to charge ~20-35% commission on every ride, but would not improve their support team.

1.You shall integrate the app with Bluetooth headsets to provide shift and quick responses , saving the time to make a choice in touch screen. For instance, When there is a ride alert, single click can accept it, double clock can reject or skip. Also after the acceptance, another single click can start navigation to the location. In case of headsets with next or previous button, next button shall skip the ride. 2.Please stop annoying youtube at start. 3.Enable only alerts to fav location.
