Ratings and reviews

The app is buggy, it crashes constantly, Especially when posting to the feed. It also tracks your location even when logged out and the app is closed. I've noticed the Salesforce app seems to work better with very old devices, but works poorly with newer devices I have no Alternatives as I am required to use this for work.

I use this as a Google Fiber contractor. This has consistently been the worst app I have ever used. It is unresponsive. It doesn't ever send me to the correct address on Google maps. It eats my battery and makes my phone run hot. Showing "Recent" shows you the LEAST recent meaning I have to scroll through over a thousand tickets. And the worst part? EVERY LITTLE ERROR OF ANY KIND WILL PREVENT ANY STATUS CHANGE OR UPLOAD until you fix this error. This is only a few of my issues. Can't type any mo

Garbage app. If you have multiple photos to upload hopefully you have 45 mins to add to your time because it needs the best of the best internet connection to upload. If not pristine connection you will have to log out log back in and wait 10 15 min to attempt it again. And if you are lucky you'll get maybe 2 of those 5 pictures uploaded. Back to logging out and log back in, and don't you forget about the sync it needs to do... multiple times.. it's not like it's my job or anything important.
