This app has been incredibly frustrating to use. It’s often unavailable, and the user interface is confusing and unattractive, making navigation a challenge. When it does work, it frequently crashes, adding to the frustration. Customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful, often leaving issues unresolved for days. Overall, I feel this app is a complete waste of resources.

The app is not working at all from the last few days. Uninstalled & reinstalled the app multiple times. Even when it used to work in the past, most of the features fail to serve their purpose. The current bug is most probably related to the server serving the GET requests like 'current balance', because this feature is not working on the web version too, so the server serving that API endpoint is down.

This is the worst application I have ever used. The service is almost always unavailable . The user interface is incredibly confusing and disgusting, making navigation nearly impossible. On the rare occasions when the app does work, it crashes frequently, causing significant frustration. Customer support is completely unresponsive and unhelpful, often leaving issues unresolved for days. Overall, this app is a complete waste of resources.
