Will not accept debit/credit card payment. Had to use routing/account (for the exact same account). "Declined" error immediately without any time taken to do so(to authorize), and there's over $10k available. Same card used multiple times with other vendors and with no issue. I thought perhaps the recent problem with AWS Services going down could have been the cause. However, this is Thursday Friday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday I received the same error. forced to pay check method.

Fantastic. Easy to understand, pleasant to look at with modern app functionality. It has what someone needs for living in Toledo that doesn't need a phone call or being in person.

the app is glitchy. the option to pay on it seems to give me trouble every other time I access it which in turn messes with late charges. otherwise though, it is convenient when it does work.
