I've used this app for 3 years to avoid credit card interest/split payments. Never missed a payment. I have a high spending limit, all was well. Then, right after snatching up this months Premium, they all the sudden demand social security numbers. Okay, no biggie, annoying for an app whose security I do not know, but whatever. I put it in. It can't verify? Odd, everything and everyone else can but not whatever 2 bit verification service sezzle is using. No refund and no longer usable. No CS

The app is way over priced. The premium feature support is a joke. All of the customer support is a joke honestly. I just called 800 number four times and pushed all the numbers to speak with a human, and the fourth time, I was placed on hold for 21 minutes before speaking with an agent. Other BNPL apps don't charge anything to use or not near as much. On top of the monthly fee they charge ($18) or ($13). A $1.50 fee for each payment made with credit or debit card is charged.

I downloaded the app because it advertised being able to use on websites I currently order from. Downloaded the app, set it up. However, if you click on any store you want to shop on it tries forcing you to pay for Sezzle Anywhere or Premium. This makes the app a false advertisement, and completely USELESS. I am not paying a monthly fee just to use an app.
