About this app

The T2 Remote application takes advantage of a breakthrough technology from Starkey Hearing Technologies that allows users to control their hearing aids with a simple touch on their phone. This avoids the need for any additional hardware. T2 in the hearing aids will discreetly and instantly classify the tone signal from the phone and automatically adjust itself to the desired setting.

Sorry but this is a piece of junk. For it to work at all, the volume has to be so high it is uncomfortable to use and annoying to others. It uses the system volume control which means that changing the volume for your phone or for music changes the apps volume setting. And when the volume is correct for music, et cetera, it is impossibly load for this app. It makes it impractical to change the setting of the hearing aids.

All it does is send a tone to the hearing aid, and nothing changes. Have not a clue how it's supposed to work and the help section doesn't. Çome on, I have these expensive aids and I have to go back to the audiologist for every little adjustment. It's a waste of my time and I need to adjust for different environments. Oticon next time.

Bloody useless compared to the price of the hearing aids. Would have expected something a bit more discreet and user friendly. Forget it in slightly noisy situations, useless.
