App is fine, service is bad. Supermax Roam in-flight is a joke. Good luck connecting and if you do, don't expect anything higher than dialup. Was on a 4 hour flight this past weekend and only managed to use 40mb. And most of that was trying to get into apps to try and use them. On the ground is fine for roaming, but if you were planning to use it for in-flight, you're just wasting your $$$

Terrible app. For the option to retrieve data from Singpass, the app is unable to do so, which should not be the case. When attempting to manually key in details, at the stage where an image of the NRIC is to be uploaded, image files are not accepted with no alternatives or suggestions provided. This effectively prevented me from signing up.

Update: removed one star as the 12$ plan does not accurately display the roaming data (2GB instead of 5GB)! Previous review: App does exactly what it needs to do: show my remaining data and call minutes. Yes, the interface is ugly, but it does what it needs to do without bombarding me with ads for other products and no account needed (just an OTP via SMS to authenticate the user). In that sense, better than all the other telcos (especially looking at you circles ;), with your spam filled app!).
