Ratings and reviews

This is actually a really solid app. Interface is clean, features are surprisingly well integrated, and for the most part very bug-free. I couldn't say the same about some other airline apps. My only main complaint is that every time I am at the airport and the app is running in the background, it is an extreme battery hog. If I forget to kill the app after stepping on the plane, it very well might drain the battery completely dry by the end of the flight.

this app is horrible. This is the 7th time I have had to scan my passport. Then when I try to look at my flight info, it keeps asking me if I want to buy things or get on a different flight. That is annoying. In Addition to that, when I try to check in, the screen loads for a couple minutes, then spits me back onto the home page. This forces me to go through the adds again.

I like the app a lot but do a common thing that isn't one press, it's at least two. I figure I'm not the only one. I go to trips, select trip details then instead of going to the trip details it again asks weich of the options I want (change flight, view cancel options, change seats, view/mamage trip). I think it should default to the last one and let the other (much less used?) options be chosen from there. Or even better if the others are common, let the default be a user setting

Updates include improvements to when you check in so it's easier to let us know what bags you're bringing and ultimately get to your boarding pass.
