Used to work great before it was acquired by Google. Now it rarely redirects for traffic. Still useful for knowing traffic hazards, like cops, speed traps, cars on the side of the road, etc, but not a peep about traffic. That's in the NAME of the app, you would think that would make a difference. Update: not much has changed, but now the update rate is slow and I constantly miss turns and go in circles and have to switch to Google Maps to get to a place I've never been before.

App is ok. Like the little interactive community that map offers. Even like the speedometer and the fact that you can change the travel voice. But i really wish you would add traffic lights and stop signs. These are some wonderful symbols to have on a map that can really aid in navigation to destinations, especially in heavy intersection spots. Other maps like Apple Maps and Google already have this feature. Waze, come on. This was a ticket request dating back to 2016, and it's still not here.

I used to get voice alerts for police, hazard, etc. Since the last update, I am now getting a "pinging" sound. At first I thought it was my car and I freaked out. Then the next alert pinged again. It's so annoying. Go back to voice alerts!! I would give this 5 stats because I love Waze, but I am upset at them getting rid of the voice alerts. A lot of people are complaining about it. I hope they change it back. Sometimes when I playing music, I can't hear the alert.
