Not user friendly at all. Functions such as logging in with biometrics and making payment on the app don't work. The app is slow and laggy. I uninstalled the app, but unfortunately the website is even worse so I have to power through this app. UPDATE: I can no longer log in via the app. The screen is constantly loading. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times.

Don't bother installing...what a waste of time! I received an sms saying "Telkom: The new MyTelkom App is here ..." I was hoping things had improved, but I was mistaken. After installing, the app crashed when I tried opening it with the error "The app closed because it has a bug" & I was told to clear the cache. When it did eventually open, I clicked on Sign Up but it didn't do anything. And Log In causes the app to crash with the same error that the app has a bug.

First after logging in, it opens in an Asian language. Now if you want to topup, you get as far as "choose package", with nothing to select. It makes you bloody mad as hell. And yes, I'm not stupid, I cleared the cache, app data, reinstalled the app. Does this on various phones. Even on the internet, same story. Ends on choose package, with nothing to select!!! Now you will blame my browser. Pathetic. NOTHING helps. Biometrics does not work. What works......nothing.
