All of a sudden, app has stopped responding. Unable to access on mobile. Goes into a hang after pin is entered. Statement "shield running at half-integration" pops up. But have not been able to log in for over a month. Before that all was well. Have been writing to SCB, I don't think their technical team knows what is wrong. They keep repeating the same steps and questions despite my multiple responses.

Worst banking app I have ever used. Loads slowly,non user friendly. If you contact customer care they have 1 hr wait time sometimes still not able to connect with them. Everytime customer care gives different reasons and solutions which the next one says no this doesn't work like that and they keep charging you hefty hidden charges. After paying full amount flashed on the app I still got another bill for charges it seems. Worst and pathetic services. Highly not recommended.😡

Faced some issue with the app. Need UX bug fixes and make app more clean and easy to understand. They have most easy way to open account on app. But when we are unable to proceed with opening accounts there are no any information about how can we fix it. So need some update and upgrades. Although they are trying to update support. So that's good think.
