Cool to use when I can't find the remote and it works well enough. Although sometimes it forgets that I already have paired the tv to the app and can't find any, so it's pretty glitchy, happens maybe 5-10% of the time. Also, if you have a fire stick, putting it in sleep mode only turns off the stick, while having a fire tv let's you turn the tv off

Three fire sticks, Android and iPhone, home and other networks, over years, this app has been totally unreliable. It's like pulling teeth to connect, if it connects at all. When it does, we're lucky to get five minutes. Right now, it's been refusing to connect at all to either of our sticks, even when only one is plugged in, the router and everything else has just been reset and everything else is working just fine. Amazon get your act together. This is basic stuff.

Horrible experience i paid for the subscription because it was working and the free was almost up. Quit working right after and will not connect. So mad what a waist. I did it out of frustration because my remote is lost... not happy at all. Is there a way to get a refund? I can't navigate the payments. 😡
