Not good at all! Just like having to shop 3x! 1) at home making your list, 2) when you put it in your cart, 3) when you have to scan every item in your cart to the app. Real pain in the rear. To be honest a very confusing app! Just give me the dang discounts and save us all time and hassle and money. About sick of feeling like I got some how cheated by the app, when does not take a discount or screws up the deal! Nothing gain and all the time and only paid dividends of frustration! Deleted 2x

I was charged $12.99 for a FreshPass subscription that I did not sign up for. I called their "VIP Service" hotline and got put on the phone with someone playing loud music in the background along with screaming kids. She said they do not give refunds for FreshPass. I literally did not sign up! I am going to use up my rewards and then cease shopping here. There's no reason for a company like this to have such a low bar for their customer service.
