The app is not letting me add my checking account. When I tap "ADD", it just puts the progress circle up then freezes for awhile before changing to a screen that has a check box for "Pretty Print" then under that there are two braces {} with no text between them. (And charging me $9.99 for using my debit card (which is linked to the same checking account your app won't let me input) is predatory in my opinion. That's a whole day's worth of meals for this poor old man!)

Terrible customer service. Has always been a hassle to contact this company. They have double billed me before then made up for it by giving me a credit. Then they didn't keep track of it and double billed again. Recently signed up for much better service. Have spent 2 hours a day the last week on hold to cancel my account because you can't online. The 1 time i spoke to someone they hung up within 10 seconds.

Horrible, how can you charge us for a service you don't provide? Not only that but the app doesn't allow any communication to a real person to discuss the issue and after hours of waiting and talking to someone they transfer you just for the call to drop. To top it all of when you try and cancel their service they have the audacity to ask you to pay for a service they don't provide. Please do your research and look into other providers before committing to this one.
