Kopitam feature getting from bad to worst. First the menu is not even close to the actual menu. The app maybe have 5 items where the actual stall have like over 30 menu items. Second the prices are a dollar more than the shops display prices! Which you will end up paying more when paying through the app pre order. Third we can only do take away. Which makes no sense. We are forced to pay the extra take away fees even though we are dining in.

I appreciate the interface and the convenience of the app - but recently I found that the app automatically added a list of 200++ product-specific low savings vouchers all the way until September and I can't access the ones that I really want to use all the way at the bottom of the list when making payments? At least add a filter option or don't include vouchers I never asked for!

Generally useful. For Scan and Go function, it would be good to place Checkout/Pay button away from the bottom right corner as it is easy to accidentally check out when one is holding the phone while shopping or scanning. The scan button on the left side can be repositioned so that one-hand operation is easier, we are most likely holding the item to be scanned on the other hand and hence the current position is not ideal.
