The app is a bit weird if you press the three lines on the top then you want to close it by pressing anywhere else it opens whatever you pressed plus you can't see how long the order will take if you close the app and then came back it will be considered like a previous order even though i just ordered, plus the menu doesn't have COOKIES! And you can't choose the size of the fries only the size of the drink.

This app sends the usual spammy notifications that all 3rd rate apps must do. What's unusual is that this app sends their spam with audio notifications. I'm sitting at work and my phone is making 'crunch' noises at me. You have to go to settings and change this. Perfect. Manually configuring every single app I install is exactly what I want to do. Very convenient KFC. Some idiot this would be a great way to make sure people remember the app. It reminded me to delete it. Thanks KFC!

Kfc initially impressed me with their Omni channel customer service, and the app boasted an amazing user experience (UX). However, my positive impression quickly waned when, after placing an order, all that seemed to be thrown out of the window. I received multiple WhatsApp calls from a driver, asking for my location, despite already providing it in the app. This left me questioning the purpose of the app's features. While I will continue to use the app, it's certainly not a remotely 5-sta
