I installed the app just to check the remaining data balance on my prepaid card. Unfortunately, the app requires that I set up an account, and as part of that process it asks for my country. I happen to be traveling from the U.S. to Spain, and neither country shows up in the app's list of countries. So the app is completely useless to me.

The app was quick and easy to download. The functions are easy to navigate although auto renew is already switched on. Customer service is excellent if using chat to discuss any issue. An advisor replies immediately and it's sorted straightaway. No long waiting times or placed on hold either. Roaming rates outside the EU , USA & Canada I used personally are cheap compared to other networks.

Worked well on first usage but now sticks on the logo screen on startup so completely unusable. At least I was able to buy more roaming data with it before it broke (to be fair that was easy and bolt on options were clearly explained). I dare say reinstalling might fix it but Lebara.. improve your app testing! Having said that the mobile service itself is good value and has good coverage.
