Ratings and reviews

App keeps crashing and not loading correctly. Once clicking on the app, the screen is stuck on the loading screen for 5 mins and still after no images are loading. You're sitting there for at least 5-6mins tops until you access your account but nothing else loads. And also, I have uninstall the app 6 times. ALSO prices have sky rocketed soo bad. Think it's time to move on from this App.. shame

Do not use this app, use insta cart or door dash. It takes hrs to delivery a single item even if you priority delivery. Then when you contact customer support the only thing they offer is a partial refund, and to cancel your order. They'll take half your delivery money, instead of making sure you got what you paid for. Been waiting ×3 as long on a priority that hasn't even been packed. Last time I waited 4 hrs for a 3 item delivery. Now it's been 1.5hrs and they haven't even packed it.

ALMOST 5 stars. SUPER fast service, but the location showing on the map was NOT my address, so the driver went to the wrong place. I added detailed instructions , so driver made it, but I couldn't contact driver directly. It isn't an option . Was worried it would be delivered to wrong place. Which it almost was ! If it wasn't for that, definitely 5 stars.
