Ratings and reviews

The app on my android does not allow payments from any source with a different account address. It works with my tablet and has an option to use a different billing address, but the phone app does not give you the option. It is also an issue because the bank locks the debit card when it sees a decline, and categorizes it as suspicious activity. So far Mercury has done nothing to solve the flaw in the phone app.

Mercury card is hot like a planet closer to the sun! they trusted me early in my credit building start with my highest limit, first cashback, and most auto-raised limits. Their app is easy to use, gives the most options, processes payments faster, reports accurately, emails alerts and reminders for my account. I wish all my cards were Mercury cards!

I find the payment option frustrating because you can not enter the balance of your credit card. it gives a message that the payment must be equal or less. It is equal to the balance, but the app won't take it. So I enter 1 cent less, and then I can process my payment. I then have to return and pay a penny after that transaction clears. such a bother.
