The official MSC for Me app works alongside other digital channels onboard to ensure you have the information you need at your fingertips. Plus, the app is free and even on board you will not need to purchase any internet package in order to use it.

Available for guests travelling on all ships except for MSC Armonia, MSC Lirica, MSC Sinfonia, MSC Opera and MSC Orchestra.Coming soon on MSC World America.

Ratings and reviews

This is the worst functioning and designed app I've come across in a long time. It says you must be connected to their Wi-Fi in order to work, even though I am and using it fine with every other app. Even when Wi-Fi is detected the app is not intuitive and won't let you see your excursions or much of anything else. Way more hassle than benefit

The app is the WORST APP EVER!! Constantly getting error messages. When I log in, and all I see is my contact info. Cannot access anything else ..can't check in, can't get e-ticket, can't view my cruise. Enter booking # and get a notice that there is no booking # like that. When I call, using the same booking # , there is NO problem. The consultants when I call are very helpful, but WHAT'S THE SENSE OF HAVING THE APP IF IT DOESN'T WORK?

Poorly designed UI. User must learn how MSC wants you to use the app rather than using the app to get the info you want or do things you think the app should do. Many people in my party had connection issues on the ship. Users must continually manually sign into the ship's wifi network to use the app. Sometimes information in the app was inaccurate, including receipt of a MSC text message with an incorrect all-aboard time (!!!).
