Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the period, for the same price. You can turn off the auto-renewal at any time up until 24-hours before the end of the subscription period in your Account Settings. When you cancel the auto-renewal, access to the Pro features will not expire immediately, you will have access until the end of the current payment period.

I have had to uninstall and reinstall probably 10 times already. The app constantly freezes and won't load. Workout videos say they've downloaded but won't play. Progress doesn't save like it should either. The fasting tracker randomly saves as 24 hours so you constantly have to go and overwrite the fast for multiple days. I have already canceled my subscription so I'm only using it until that ends. This is probably one of the worst apps to track any progress or help you stay motivated.

Paid for the app and was really excited to use it. However, after three days I realized that the app doesn't work. The work outs never updated, the fasting timer didn't track. I had to answer the questions about the foods I liked daily. So I attempted to cancel unfortunately, this app doesn't show up in your subscriptions and the cancel membership is pretty difficult to find in the app. You basically have to contact someone and they aren't at all helpful.

The app was great, but after the first few days, it started not saving my progress. I followed the instructions from their FAQ reset it and it would save my progress for another few days, but then it would do the same thing again and it would go on for days. It sucked because you can't move on to the next day's workout without completing the previous day and it would stay on the previous day for days. After not getting useful help from customer service, I'm no longer subscribing.
