I tried to send money with this app twice, the transfer was cancelled by them, I call customer service and they said my profile was no acceptable then my husband created another account to send money and his account wasn't accepted either, the guy hung up on us, it was very rude and didn't solve the issue. (I'm still waiting for my money to show in my account after 5 business days😒)

good prices for the dollar as a new account. sucks they don't apply to loyal customers too. but it is easy/ convenient

Pangea is not very transparent. Not only do they charge you $2 - $4 per transaction (regardless of amount), they also shave off 2 - 3% on the exchange rate. Many orher remittance companies only charge one or the other (fee or percentage of exchange rate). There is no need to charge for both, other than greed. Buyer beware.. Developer commented they are committed to offering the best exchange rates, but 2 - 3% below actual exchange rates (on top of $2 - $4 fees) shows their comment is dishonest.
