Only one option displayed. I went a few months without using this app and once I started driving again looking forward to it being my go-to. For some reason, there's only one recommended parking that shows up to spite there being dozens around me in Manhattan. I have looked through the settings, and everything else to no avail. However, I can go to ParkWhiz online, put in the exact same address, and multiple options show up.

They get u to pay for parking in advance & then ur ticket is not accepted at the lot that u bought the ticket for. Not to mention the price of the advanced parking turned out to be more than twice the price of the lot on the day of the event. Then when I compained, they removed my history from my account so that I don't have proof that I bought it & were only willing to refund me with a credit to my account so that I have to use the service again(I will not)&Refused to refund to payment method.

New glitch! When you enter date and time it doesn't save the way u entered. It is making random hours and dates. No matter how many times u change the time it is not saving it. I've tried to restart the app, did update, but still not able to change the arrival and leave time. I'm not able to book parking!!! This glitch makes the app useless.
