Bad app. I almost lost IDR 86k ordering promo 2 medium pizza that never delivered but the says it is done . Better to use known food delivery apps since you can track the driver. This app is the same old concept 10 years ago where GPS API is not available for mobile app. Also missing in this app, a way to communicate either with store or driver. Update: got my order after 75 minutes and it was a replacement as the first one got delivered to another housing complex. Database issue?

I made mistake order from wrong location, I ordered takeaway from Mangga Besar, but wrongly input Karet in app. But the order for takeaway and pay on spot cannot be canceled in app. I even asked the employee in Mangga Besar to contact Karet branch to cancel. Employee in Karet also did not confirm first but directly baking the pizza, eventhough I haven't paid. They only called after the pizza have been baked. And because I pity the employee, I have to traveled from Mangga Besar to Karet to pay.

The crews on duty were very helpful. When I was at the counter and confused about how to order from the application, they were readily helpful. The staff aside, I think the application should be made more streamlined and intuitive. And I consider myself well informed on how to use digital applications.
