The myASNB Mobile App is the official mobile app by Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Berhad that allows its users to safely and conveniently view their ASNB investment portfolio and perform additional investments on their mobile/tablet from anywhere, anytime.

SECURITY

We ensure your account is always protected. Any transaction will require authorisation via TAC sent to your registered mobile number.

myASNB Secure is a new feature that provides a safer and convenient way to authorise transactions in myASNB portal and myASNB app using Push Authentication and Secure TAC (6-digit number generated in myASNB app) for authorisation of transactions. myASNB Secure is an alternative to SMS TAC and available for both myASNB portal and myASNB app platforms.

When I try to withdraw from the app (and web portal), it kept asking me to update my personal details which I did MULTIPLE times. Each time it either failed with undefined error or succeed (web), but no detail was saved because when I wanted to resume withdrawal, it would repeat the process of asking me to fill in the same details. This system and app is useless and frustrating. Why fail at such basic functionality? Sigh! I'll go to the branch to withdraw.

Completely useless app. I'm not sure why so many of the agency loves to create app when basic functions do not work. Keep forcing to update info , bank details, security image. I've done this like 20 times both on app and web but does not get reflected and the page just keeps loading. Contacted customer service and get the same uninstall and reinstall as solution. If only I can rate a negative score.

Can't enable myASNB secure after getting the tac thru sms and keyed in click verify nothing happens it stops there can you pls have an update to fix this thanks Issue was highlighted on February 2024 but until now still there is no solutions to it. This really makes things more worst. It was ok earlier with Tac method. My humble request can we fix all the issues with the app which critical before expand the app to haveore functions like Ria and etc. Thanks
