Simple is really simple! You pay for one of their monthly plans and you get unlimited data in 4G up to a certain threshold then the throughput is lowered. I was afraid the slow speed was going to be a pain in the ars. But it's not. I use it mainly for watching videos and while it'll buffer in the beginning, it'll catch up so I'm able to binge watch whatever I want. I think Google is responsible for videos not buffering continuously. I say that because of something I read about on the issue.

I do like the simple mobile cloud but it's so new it not in the system in the store it has my me so frustrated having to call customer service after I leave the store and have them put the credit on my plane with storge cloud I do need my 5G I got logged out of my account and my simple mobile app I spent two days trying to get back in my app I been thinking I don't need the store cloud if it going to be like this

I installed your app and now it's said I have to purchase a certain plan to use this app!!! Maybe y'all should add that when a person is deciding to purchase or just download this app! I would've liked to see how well this app works with our phone company as the supporter. thanks anyways. maybe we should try another provider after 6yrs with the service
