After getting 10 emails from Capital One to get this app I've tried 10 times and every time it says there's a problem. Everytime I have to change my password. Will NOT do it again! I have two credit cards with them and everything is just fine with that. They even have great customer service, but trying to get into this shopping app is just stupid and annoying.

I am a Capital One card member and I received an email for a promotional $10. I downloaded the app, and looked around for my $10 reward, which never came. I went back and read the fine print and realized that this is for new customers only. I had thought they had sent me the promo offer BECAUSE I was a loyal customer! They shouldn't send this promo offer to existing customers if we are ineligible! Disappointing. I will be uninstalling this right away.

Horrible Experience - It used to be great but now every time I go to the rewards section, it asks for login info. I ever password, it then sends me to Captcha, then goes to another login page. It keeps doing that over and over. I've reset the password, deleted and reinstalled the app and the same thing happens. Very frustrating.
