Used to be with Volksbank years ago, but the app was clunky, slow and you had TAN nonsense to deal with. Since then, wow. So much better. Biometrics for login, authenticator app for transactions, hell it even adds up your minuses - no more maths to work out how much you have! (I'm not German clearly, I'm from the UK so I'm used to instant transactions and immediate banking updates - I'm just quite excited to see Germany reach 2009 technology. Instant free payment transfers won't be long now!)

User unfriendly and buggy. A password is called an authentication code here, which makes no sense. When you make a transfer, you get forwarded through many windows and it's absolutely unclear what's happening and how many times I have to insert my password or authenticate myself before the transfer is done. Sometimes the transfer has been done successfully, but the app still shows an error. Nothing personal, but the Deutsche Bank app is much more intuitive and visually appealing.

I search some alternative of Sparkasse. and i see VR has the same issues, 2apps!!! we are in the 21 century. i don't want use several apps. i don't want approve transaction in 2apps. no multi language, no general bank - it's regional branches so not possible to improve it by feedback, app has reviews from bots on 5stars. i think need to find other.
