Ratings and reviews

Driver always cancel delivery last minute. The company should have a penalty system or remove drivers that like to cancel trips giving reasons like customer is not contactable ,which is not true as there is no missed call on my phone Pls review this otherwise your credibility to consumers are impacted. I constantly have to monitor my trip because if driver suddenly cancels my delivery request, your system does not search for another driver itself, I have to call in to customer service for help.

Now I can see why gogox review is so bad. Yes, I very regret to use this apps as I experience a nightmare service. Inside alot of unlicensed movers that come to bring your item with hidden charge. one word, DONT USE THIS APPS IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE REGRET

This same thing happened to me on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. I booked a ban in advance and the driver suddenly canceled the booking. I received absolutely no notification about the cancelation. On the most recent time, we were heading to the airport with 4 pieces of luggage for an early flight, and I had even called the driver one night in advance to confirm. Then suddenly in the morning the booking showed up as canceled. This is absolute garbage service and I would not recommend to anyone.
