Got us everywhere we needed to go by cable car in Milan. It was great. Took a minute to register from app to website, then clised and opened the app, signed in easily. Tied in Paypal fast and easily. Keep your Paypal app updated and it's fast. Was able to scan the code on the trams np. Didn't use the map much -- prefer Google maps. I've seen a lot of bad comments about this app, but I thought it was easy and amazing. Better than other transport apps I've used in other cities/countries. Try it!

If I had the option to give negative stars, I absolutely would. As a tourist, traveling to Milano, the experience couldn't be more complicated and conveluted. There are no options of buying a ticket, creating an account and giving out your information, going to your email, confirming the account creation, and being redirected to a different site while checking out, no option for either google, or apple pay. Jesus christ, I just want to buy a ticket

Developers should rethink the whole design of the QR code system. The ticket changes with each opening and thus you can usually go in the metro and then cannot get out. If you somehow lose signal / internet then the API cannot be accessed and you need to leave in disabled space or with somebody else. For people using this app it is safer and easier to just get physical card and skip QR all together. Apart from this horrendous system we did not encounter any issues.

Hi Jan, the QR must be refreshed for anti-fraud reasons. We can't leave a QR active for all the ticket's validity. If you don't have a mobile connection, you can't even validate the ticket within the app.
