Chat bots slow and very little help if any. Sony Xav-ax8100 android auto needs to be bluetooth compatible. Shouldn't have to pay $500 for receiver and then spend another $75 for bluetooth adaptor because you guys are too lazy to keep up w modern tech. YOU'RE AN ELECTRONICS CO. it's your job! You need to allow people to simplify/personalize delete features they don't use on menu like XM. Sound settings should have shortcut on main menu. Clicking thru numerous things and back will cause accident.

The 'Import from My Sony' function doesn't work and takes you to a webpage that states "page not found". Come on Sony, a reply would be nice!

The app is ok. It picks up 5 of my 6 Sony devices, BUT: 1: I don't understand *WHY* it won't let me add my PS5 at all (it says that's working as designed); and 2: it says it imported my devices from my Sony account but it doesn't show them. Some nonsense about this only applies to Europe (I'm in Australia) though it goes through the motions. This geo-block is incomprehensible; 3: it doesn't help me find the applicable PC music apps to support my two PMP players. The app is not great but is okay.
