In the app there is nothing to show drivers what to do if they face troubles, no way to contact you, No option to request support, now way to understand if registration is successful or not, I go online waiting for customers and I get nothing but waist of time, your office is closed and moved to a new location and you didn't update the link, and telling me you are trying to improve Thanks for your constant improvement

There is a problem in the application, where when ordering, the screen goes up and the order or the customer’s location does not appear. This problem has been going on for about two months on Samsung phones. We hope to work on fixing this problem... and we hope to look into the mechanism for calculating prices in Jordan.

I don't know what's wrong with jeeny driver , I am not able to withdraw my wallet amount , otp to my number is not coming, jeeny Customer Care is not responding correctly for this issue. my money is stuck in jeeny, not help no Customer Care connect. helpless driver 0 star for customer support for drivers .
