Ratings and reviews

It's great for booking. However, it's horrible for sending messages out to your clients. They changed it to where you can only send out 4 messages during a 30-day period. So don't bother. Using last-minute openings or new updates 👎🏽 honestly thinking about finding a new booking app

I love everything about the app. This really makes my bizz run so smoothly, however the only thing i run into a problem with it the deposit and cancelation feature. I haven't gotten it to work. I've set up all the rules for them, and I can't get both to work at the same time for different services. This would be my only compliment about booky bizz.

The Booksy app is solid. It's reliable and intuitive. The only suggestions I have is to make it where the detailed reports are generated and offered as a PDF. Also make it where we can view the graphs in the past. Maybe I want to compare last month graph to this month's graph.
