Ratings and reviews

The app hasn't worked for months unfortunately, I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and I just get this message "We could not show your information. It was an issue at our end. Please come back later.' Sounded temporary but it isn't. 4 months later still not working and I can't log into the website either 😕

Fed up with needing to keep on top of credit for literally everything yet you have to pay to see what's affecting it for the most part. £15 a month as well? it's an absolute ripoff, bigger con than the TV license the free version doesn't tell you what's affecting your credit. you shouldn't have to pay for something so important that can decide if you're able to rent or buy a property or not. you send an email saying something is affecting your credit, but you have to pay to see it.

garbage app, and pointless to install. almost everything in the app you click on opens a web page in your browser. I've also signed in once, set a PIN and biometrics. Only to change my address (via a sodding web page), to then have to set the PIN and biometrics up again. So twice in 30 minutes, as I said, pointless garbage app. God knows what data they got hold of once the app installed, hope they choke on it.
