Ratings and reviews

Just like their website, it is complete garbage and worthless. Searching is almost impossible and their search filters do not appear to function properly.

This app constantly has issues with my Ikea Family number, which is never available. The searches are inefficient, and the overall experience is unintuitive, making the use of the app frustrating.

This app is essentially the Ikea catalog and nothing else, The Ikea family card section isn't functional at the moment and the app shows up in the phone launcher as Puerto Rico not IKEA. being able to scan the QR codes and easier access to your favorites is a nice feature.
