About this app

An application that allows unified central access to all service providers by verifying the user's identity.
The application provides two main products:

1. Accept Requests: Approval of login requests and more from the integrated applications with NAFATH.

2. Activating biometric features: the ability to verify the user's identity using their biometrics, by matching user's biometric data with the national central database stored in the National Information Center (NIC)."

What's the use of the app if it doesn't work? The moment I see that I have to use nafath to verify something I know it's gonna be headache. First of all it's very clunky experience where you have to put in your phone pin/verification to accept request, then put 4 digit pin, then put another 6 digit pin, then face verification which does not even work. Frustrating all around.

They force you to use this app. But there's no value in it, as it doesn't replace other verifications, but comes on top of it - you still have to show the id, check the finger, etc. Also since last update it doesn't work at all - it always says 'no faces detected'

Horrible app, you cannot access anything without using this poorly made application. The face recognition is so bad, I've been trying to register for the past 2 hours and everytime I get the same error message telling me to try again because the app cannot do it properly
