Still not fixed. I still cannot use the Singpass QR code to login. Couldn't use after the recent update. It said I have unauthorized apps installed or mirroring app. However, I have never downloaded authorized app or have any mirroring app on. Same issue with DBS digiapp half a year ago. Think it is affecting some of the phone models from China. please check with DBS on how they resolve it.

I give it 2* for what the app SHOULD do, but now I always see "We are experiencing Technical Difficulty (88-S11)" so the app is worthless/useless if cannot log in. I cannot log in from a PC because no camera is detected for Face Detection so, in essence, I have no SingPass today.

Pls sort this out ASAP, we use singpass for literally everything! It sucks that we need it urgently and the app blocks access to our own information. We've locked the app to keep your data secure. (T-D) To continue using the app: Ensure your device is not rooted or running apps from unknown sources Stop any screen sharing or device mirroring
