The O2 app allows you to view & pay your mobile bills and take control of your mobile data allowance usage, including eSIM functionality.

Getting away for a well-deserved break doesn’t need to stretch beyond your budget. We support roaming in our Europe Zone as part of our tariffs. So your monthly data (subject to roaming limit), minutes, and text allowances will work in our Europe Zone, so the sky is the limit of what can be done from your phone, no matter where you are, even with an eSIM.

Access exclusive special offers, discover great rewards and shop for new accessories and mobile devices, including eSIM-enabled ones. Sign into your account safely and securely to access bills support, check personal details and to change or add a data Bolt On. Plus, manage a variety of services to customise your mobile experience.

You’ll also be able to upgrade your device, shop for new gadgets in our online store, and access exclusive rewards and offers for O2 customers, including free WiFi at our O2 WiFi hotspots.

Absolutely awful. Always glitching. Won't let me top up and refunds my payments because of technical issues. Unnecessarily complicated when it comes to logging in: email password, wait to receive code by text, then a pin, and then after all that it glitches out anyway. Awful company and service. Goodbye

Why have you messed up the app again? I can no longer just enter my login pin number, now you require me to enter the password. This causes unnecessary delays and a total inconvenience. If banking apps are still capable of accepting pin numbers why have you made an unnecessary change to something that worked well? Please fix this ASAP

Possibly the worst in app customer service interface I've ever used. Everything is buggy. You can't see what you're typing. The AI is comically bad. The links don't work. Almost so bad I'm considering switching providers.
