SunPass is the State of Florida's innovative Prepaid Toll Program. SunPass PRO and SunPass Mini transponders can be used in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. SunPass PRO transponders can also be used everywhere E-ZPass is accepted.

Ratings and reviews

App is no longer sending notifications. It says all notifications are blocked and when you try to enable push notifications, a message appears saying it cannot find the application. The app appears in apps in settings but not in app notifications area. App also indicates an update is available every time you open it but no new updates available.

This new app is a disaster. Nothing works. I used to just pull up the Sunpass website and all was well. Not so anymore. Not only can I not get into the website but I cant get into the new app either...it doesn't recognize my account number or transponder number. Tried calling them but they were too busy to talk to me. Not sure what I'll do when it comes time to update my credit card info. Of course they did take their payment this month. No trouble there. This app definitely needs work.

The app is a joke. I've tried more then 10 times in an hour to get everything set up and Nothing is working. Customer service never picks up the line. Everything on my phone is up-to-date and updated regularly. It's a waste of money at this point. I got halfway through the set up process before it told me my license plate was already in use on another account when I've never had a surpass account before.
