The app works perfectly on my phone...however please be aware that you will need to know everything about APN settings, mms settings, and everything else due to the fact that the customer services representatives for this company know absolutely nothing about a hole in their shoe. For anyone who has issues with switching carriers: turn WiFi and Mobile Data OFF, do a simple network settings reset (not a factory reset), turn phone off, insert new SIM card from new carrier and fire it up. Adjust APN settings to your new provider/carrier, save, and restart phone once again. Turn on Mobile Data after restarting phone and you will then see the carrier has been switched without having to "unlock" using an app.

I tried many times to unlock my phone through the app. All failed. Said the info wasn't the same. I ended up going through protective and seems to have worked. Hopefully. Going to new provider after decades with AT&T. Service is bad where I live in the country. Lose signal. Drop calls. Went through 3 new sim cards just to get Service back. 0 stars worthless app. Terrible service. Hope I can unlock to go to another provider

I have always had att service,love they service, never had customer service issues. However I strongly feel that att manufacturally installs stupid,pointless apps,doesn't work, already has the same exact settings in the manufacturing settings like the smart AT&t Wi-Fi what's the point when I have a Wi-Fi button manufacturing on my phone?? don't need. AT&t STOP with the apps already in manufactured settings. It's using my storage space
