Tried to place an order, had to scan my ID (took 30 minutes before it accepted pics) and then order was canceled - could not verify it was me. I am on the phone with Bianca and she is slower than frozen molasses. Oh and I was told i would get the same deal that they canceled, and that was an outright lie. I'm so over the lack of actual good customer service.

They make it impossible to make a simple payment. I'm not doing autopay. Stop asking for payment if you don't want payment. 3 years later and it's still impossible to make a payment. 3 screens for shopping and nothing for bill pay. So in order to pay a bill we need to buy a new phone every pay period? STOP ASKING FOR A PREVIOUSLY USED CARD NUMBER. I will never know it again. Let me pay now with a new card in less than 3mins like everywhere else. Amazon allow card changes but you can't?!

they make offers that you cannot access, been trying for 4 days online, multiple calls to att (5-6). they SAY you can get an upgrade to a Samsung S25 Ultra. get free ear buds and add a Samsung Watch8 for $0.99/month, or Samsumg A9 tablet, plus data. Just try, click on the offer, and nothing. called, and you get, oh those are online offers, call their customer retention phone, guess what, nothing we can do, those are online only. Customer for over 20+ years. well, it won't be 21. horrible
