The app is nearly useless. Nothing is setup simple and in a common sense place to find things. Somehow you can add services to your bill, but can't remove them with the app. Some features should be simple to find, within 2 clicks of logging in. For those basic things many would use, I gotta do several clicks to get to where I need to be. Not user friendly.

App is very complicated to use and always takes forever to load, regardless of my reception. Also, any time I try to view my bill, it takes me to sales pages rather than showing my my information. That at&t app is not ideal to use. You also need THREE different ways to sign in every time you sign in. That's way overboard. A username & password is plenty.

AT&T's site and app for prepaid phones and plans are atrocious. You have to go to "paygonline" to access your account because the main website "doesn't allow prepaid users" to pay that way. I can't sign up for auto pay because of some error and it's definitely because they refuse to merge prepaid and postpaid options within the main website. It obviously hasn't been updated since the UI is outdated from years ago. Do better. I love your service but this is ridiculous...
