Ratings and reviews

Doesn't load correctly. Confusing to navigate, loads slow, and shuts down in the middle of navigating the pages. It won't update now. Done all the things. it is still a struggle to use any att apps. with what the cost for the service is, it should be better. I could go on and specifically list but it's to much.

Trash app. you open the app to figure out when you should add money and spend 30 minutes looking only to find out it's not on there. tons of stuff to buy and no way to tell when your bill is due or even the amount owed . about 20 loops later you just call the help line to pay your bill. nice way to sour your customers mood for half a day. I'll be switching services if this isn't fixed soon

This app is ridiculous, I have always had problems with using this app. U have to log in like 3 or more times. I can never back out of a session unless i want to log in again, And now I can't even update the app it just stays in pending. I wish I would have never switched from Verizon just to save a few pennies. got a new update on my att app nd now its even more ridiculous than before. How do locate your accounts? I can't even pay my bills unless I go online or to the store. ATT JUST STOP!
