Horrible app. The issues are abundant to needing multiple open and closing of the app before it will load - on cellular or wifi. Ignores stay logged in, kicks you off at random, can't use the submit key in text box, AI ignores over 90% of anything you say, does not automatically scroll or automatically zoom when typing. *be on the appand get logged off for security purposes WHILE USING IT

This app is garbage, just like the company's prompting service, when you want to talk to a representative, which is also another issue in itself. I still have to call in to pay my bills. Update 25Jun2022 AT&T has pretty much monopolized my area. They updated the app to add a clutter of service advertisements "to make other services easily accessible." Now, it takes forever to go from screen to screen in the app because every screen is cluttered with distractions. App still garbage.

Horrible. This app always shows bad information, doesn't show links to get to things I need, and shows the same notification messages when I log on even though I've taken action on the notices. I've gone in to the store several times for clarification and even they have told me they expect the app to be messed-up. T-mobile was better, and cheaper, think I might go back.
