One of the worst cellular apps I've ever had the displeasure of using. It takes ages to sign in if it lets you sign in at all, and the amount of errors it has once you're in is insane. Trying to change anything with your account is impossible, and their website is almost just as bad. It would be faster to drive to and back from a store an hour away to get any account issues fixed than to wait for this app to load. I wish 0 stars was an option

Was talked into the paperless bills to get a discount. Just happened to view a bill and noticed that I've been getting charged for the insurance when I declined it (total for 2 years $360). I went into an AT&T store where they could see it and told me to call loyalty services. She told me they could only credit 3 months. When I asked what's the benefit of being a longtime customer was, she said we're crediting you $45. I asked if we could transfer the #'s, she said we would have to pay in full

This app requires some major improvements. One problem is that it doesn't show payments recently made for several days sometimes. That and the login has issues with updating your password. currently, I'm unable to log in because of an internal server error. I have always had a problem with the speed of the app loading and the different sub-pages take too long to load or don't load at all. Also, unrelated to the app why do you offer a discount for auto-pay and paperless billing, discriminating?
