Apps that are just for "convenience" are somewhat dumb. There's no real rewards program, so no real reason for loyalty or to frequent over other places. So the only time I ever visit is when I get an email about a deal. Heck, the app was out to sleep long enough to miss updates. Pretty much shows the pointlessness of the app when I can just use the website. And no more chocolate peanut butter ice cream? 32 flavors down to 15...bah.

Pointless app if you want to order milkshakes or an individual serving of anything, like a shake or 1-2 scoop cone/cup. Only allows orders for big cakes. They could make more money if they included individual treats instead of just special occasion cakes. That said, all my nearby locations are paired with a dunkin donuts, so maybe it's different for locations with stand-alone Baskin locations? Maybe the dunkin app could add an option to also order Baskin items? IDK. I just know it sucks.

I have been using this app for a few months now but it is only good when it decides to work. You have to sign in to your account upon opening everyday. The autofill is deleted often so I'm forced to type in my info constantly. There have been multiple instances of the login not working without any reason or error message (even with the correct credentials). When I am actually able to use the app, it is easy to navigate and has great deals.
