Dont recommend. About the bank and service can say it's just terrible.After verification picked up card but it was not activated. Tried to contact support for a month by email but they just answering in FRENCH only that my email is not registered and at the same time they send my their offers to the same emails but in English. I speak no French, living in Germany and have no idea why they ignoring any other languages! 25€ for cars was just waisted. Will probably suit them for fraud and scam.

I have overall very good experience with Nickel , but i could deduct one star because i faced problem with transaction they charging double and when i ask for refund they said it will 8 days to refund. I must say need to upgrade system so it will work proper and iam using it in Portugal there needed to add option for MBWAY which is very popular here .

Good morning, afternoon and evening depending on where you are seeing this from and I mean no harms to the customer service but I use to think that this online account will be 60 % good as I have tried others but I am seeing that this is one among the useless online bank that always have issues to deposit money on it everytime and what's really wrong... You people should try to fix this one and for all because it's been more than 2 weeks I am trying to deposit money on it but it's not working
