Ratings and reviews

I'm at level three and I'm supposed to get a 10% discount but I checked the apps prices v Google and there is not discount for using this app, it's a lie. The prices on hotel websites are usually cheaper, don't waste your time thinking you're gonna save money. It is okay to use as just a booking app. I also booked a room that was advertised as no pet fee and instead of refunding me for false advertising, they just gave me a coupon that only works at "select" locations. Terrible customer suppor

When searching for a room in Downtown LA, most of the results are nowhere near Downtown. Example: The second listing is in Avalon, which is located on Catalina Island (26 miles offshore and only accessible by boat or helicopter). The app is totally useless unless you are an expert in the local area where you want a room.

App has many bugs and glitches. I try searching in Delray Beach FL where I'm not currently located at the moment. But the app insists on only searching Providence RI ? I tried redoing the searches several ways and even different dates and it will not show me any hotels in Delray Beach Florida for any dates. App insists and demands to turn on current location services and will only search in your current location, even for future dates. Many bugs to fix
