The crappiest fast food app in history. 500 characters won't be enough for all head aches, heart aches, drive-thru rage(just like road rage but at the drive-thru).I just use it as last resort and hardly ever does it go well. Terrible and horrible app. The team that made the latest app needs to be removed from the McDonald's industry. Coupons are coupons and do not violate the privacy of the user and are easy to use. Go to the burger king app and learn how to make a real app for loyal customers. After 50 years of eating McDonald's everyday. I have had issues with the decline of the quality and quantity of the food and bad customer service. BUT THIS TERRIBLE APP HAS MADE ME GO TO BURGER KING. I WILL HAVE TO ADJUST

Ordered twice online, and they accepted the transaction (took money) but didn't process the order. The first time was at home, I was getting ready to pick up my food, but when I went to my local mcd, workers said they never received the order. The second order was because I called customer support, and they told me they were gonna refund me (they haven't yet). In the end, I had to give up and order physically after waiting nearly 2 hours.
