I don't know what's changed over the past 2 months, but I haven'tbeen able to place online orders for pickup or even delivery anymore. The App just clocks (gets hung up). It's beyond frustrating since I used to use it often; almost weekly. I've deleted my cashe, history, etc. & it's still won't work. So, as nice as your save $10 off $50 order incentives are, Good Luck! I'll be deleting this App soon for lack of funtionality.

This app is trash, sometimes I have to go to the website to place an order or look up items. Most of the time I can't add something to the cart bc there isn't any option to. The reward points show the wrong total sometimes, searching things even with the proper item name given by PetSmart still won't pop up. Car side delivery? Joke. I can't even check in. It'll pop up once if I'm lucky. I pay a ton of money for pet items and some should be put towards this app. Ridiculous.

The app is sluggish even on the best connection. We have fiber Internet and it's still slow and an overall pain to navigate. It takes forever to load the item you click on, or to navigate to any page in general. The only saving grace is we were able to favorite our frequently bought items, because when we first searched for them it took a good 30 minutes to find it. If it wasn't for the 'favorite' option I'd not be using the app. And honestly it's still annoying more often than not.
