Ratings and reviews

I completed all the steps to setup my account. It said i was verified. The app allowed my customers to book appointments and send me money on the platform at first. Then, randomly without notice, it wouldn't allow me to confirm the appointments anymore and the money that was already there could not be withdrawn. It is stuck in the pocketsuite account! There is little to no support on this app! The only way to reach support is through text and it takes days for them to respond to each message.

The only issue I have, and one that is a deal breaker that has led me to leave the app and use software on my own server, is that any client who downloads the PocketSuite app on their device gets full control of their client profile, and you can't change it. This makes it impossible to sign contracts with people using nicknames, and that's a no go for me. Support tells me that I should submit a ticket to have their information changed. I don't have time to do that every time.

I loved the premium version, but teams is a nightmare if you are working with independent contractors. I do not employ anyone but we want to share a booking system for massage. Now I have to calculate everyone's pay and write checks from my own account since the system won't pay them directly for their transactions and will only send everything to one account (mine). I can't pay through the app unless I want to eat their processing fees plus pay extra processing fees to send them their income.
