Setel is very easy to use and navigate. Highly recommended. BUT, just a bit frustration when I wanted to redeem my points for the KLCC special edition booklet since day 1 of using Setel, it wasn't available to do so, nor to purchase(Rm99 normal price shown) and sadly now it's already not shown in the merchandise section. Tried going to KLCC merchandise section, also unavailable, asked the personnel, weirdly they said that they've never heard of it. Called the helpline, same promise,but nothing

I had a bad experience setting my account. If there was a zero star I would have given it. The app does not allow me to go beyond OTP when trying to register. Support then asks for my phone bill, phone information and the Petronas station that I frequent. I thought this was an odd request. After a few days of no communication, they then asked for proof I own my email address (btw the app doesn't ask for email address). I have decided Setel doesn't deserve me as a customer.
